Powerful Group Members Management
This is a GOLD members only feature.

Swom Group owners can now appoint moderators to help develop their community.
It is up to individual groups to decide what the ‘Group Rules’ are, but moderators can now support members and remove posts they deem inappropriate.
Group owners can also choose to ban members permanently if they so wish.

Spammers – watch out!
Swom have introduced new improvements to help combat unwelcome spam on your news and profile feeds.
Swom lets you – our members – decide for themselves what they view as spam and what are valid, useful opportunity links.
If members receive messages they consider to be spam, they can now permanently disconnect with the offending
member. You can also delete individual posts if they are on your wall.
To do this, click on the ‘Options’ link in the top right corner of posts in your News Feed or Profile Feed.
Click on ‘Permanently disconnect with XXX’ to disconnect with the offending member.
On the whole, members need not worry as most people are happy to receive details of opportunities once in a while,
particularly if you have established a personal relationship with your contact.
However SPAMMERS SHOULD BEWARE as sending out masses of opportunity links (sometimes called
‘link-spamming’) will likely annoy your contacts. These people will find both their influence and contacts list
diminish with time.
We will be keeping an eye on this feature and make changes as necessary.

We have updated the income page to make it even easier to see who your referrals are.
Check out who your Personal Referrals are and contact them directly. Tell them about the new AlertPay feature
and the fact that we’ll be doing commissions calculations in just TWO days…
Click on the ‘Income’ tab at the top of the screen.
Scroll down to ‘Detail Breakdown’ to see who your referrals are.
You can give them the link directly to upgrade – you will receive $15 in the first month for every personal Gold member referral.
